Congratulations to Dr. Bingni Chen on her PhD Thesis

We extend our congratulations to  Bingni Chen from the Steffens Lab on successfully defending her PhD thesis on the 'role of peripheral CB1 cannabinoid receptors in atherosclerosis and metabolism'

Bingni's PhD thesis focused on  endocannabinoid signalling in atherosclerosisHer work shed light on endothelial inflammation and lipid uptake. Bingni was enrolled within the CRC1123 Graduate School PhD Program, allowing her to collect the necessary European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) points to obtain her PhD in Medical Research. The CRC1123 offers doctoral candidates and MDs,  a large array of projects within different scientific landscapes.
